I have been looking for a new refrigerator/freezer unit for some time in anticipation in placing information technology in our new house. The refrigerator portion is much more spacious and we take withal to fill it up yet. Door for milk and other items reduces times opening refrigerator. Would prefer 2 larger veggie drawers instead of three. Has larger meat drawer at lesser which allows for many shaped items. I bought a 4 door LG fridge. Information technology'due south a French door on peak with 2 freeze drawers in the bottom. I paid most $50 more than to get a counter depth which is fantastic for the infinite in my modular home with an air vent in front end of the space. This model has plenty of space in the refrigerator compartment. It looks like changing the water filter will be easy and convenient.
It does have a drawer at the bottom which is nice but it would have been a better design if it would slide out when only 1 door is open on the refrigerator. You have to take both doors open up to utilize the space. The aforementioned with the right side drawer that holds produce. You can't get it open all the manner before the left edge hits the center strip of the left side French door. I have only had information technology a calendar month so volition have to do another review subsequently 5 years. This LG is a replacement for a 4 ane/ii year Samsung that had constant problems with the ice maker freezing up.. I Will never purchase Samsung products again. Their Client Service is atrocious.

This is my opinion and experience: Craft Ice Maker never worked. Many other issues. It has been 2 months of dealing with LG for hours. I take received nothing as required in the warranty. Always email telling me to call a number somewhere out of the USA and waste hours to hear how I volition become a phone call back from a supervisor. Waited a week. Never heard from anyone.

I bought a refrigerator from Lg ii years ago, its compressor become faulty, we complained about this on their customer intendance service, they told u.s. that the complaint will be resolved inside six days but information technology's been 12 days.. There is no update on our complaint, and they are saying that this event will take approximately three-iv more weeks. They are telling u.s.a. not to call them.. They are treating us badly.. I recommend anybody to non buy products from LG company.

August 21, 2021 our son bought ($1,750), a LG door-in-door refrigerator, for us, in Home Depot. A few months, in March 2022, the refrigerator stop cooling. We contacted the LG service and a one weak later technician come up and alter a compressor. 3 month later, in June 2022, the fridge fabricated quiet noise, for a few days, and so we noticed that cooling in the freezer is very weak.
June 24, 2022, we again contacted the LG service to observe out that our model was manufactured in 2014. Based on this nosotros practically did non have the warranty. I have demanded to send my complaint to a specific section. So the representative did. I am waiting for the LG answer for mine complaint. How it is possible that manufactured detail in 2014 has been place for selling in 2021? Please, be aware of this fact when you make whatever LG purchase. I am very unhappy with the quality of the LG refrigerator and terms of manufacture (2014)-selling (2021) data.

Looks like the problem was with the A&E Manufactory service! They rescheduled my Saturday appt to Mon & didn't show up to that either!!! They claimed I canceled the appt & gave me the same nonsense story that LG hasn't approved the warranty for compressor!
I called LG & told them I demand a resolution & asked to talk to a supervisor. They promised to resolve the matter by Wednesday & they did ship a repairman from Dave'due south appliance repairs. This time he replaced the compressor & said if any issues within 30 days, they volition came dorsum to resolve it.
So the whole trouble was from a crooked repair company called a&e manufactory service. Notwithstanding disappointed with my lg fridge barely working half-dozen years, merely glad the warranty worked & hope I thus time it works a chip longer.

Bought model LSC22991ST in 2016. Last calendar week stopped cooling. Called LG since I figured the compressor failed & 10yr compressor warranty should cover the repair. They set upwards a service call by A&E manufactory service & told me if the compressor has failed, lg will cover the cost of parts & I only pay for labor. So far and then good. Yesterday the tech comes & confirms information technology's the compressor & gives me a $1,200 estimate!!! He says lg didn't ship them a warranty approval & I have to contact them before he can lodge the function. And then I paid $99 service call fee for nix!
Called lg the side by side mean solar day & was told A&E should have ordered the office & it's covered! Called A&E again. They said lg has to fix up another service call for that!!! To make the long story short I've spent well over 2 hours getting nowhere talking to incompetent reps with weird accents! Now I have to wait for some other tech visit this Saturday under a so called WARRANTY visit so they can HOPEFULLY order the compressor nether warranty! May end up paying some other $99 visit charge! All this should have been done & resolved yesterday!!! Will keep you posted, just stay away from lg fridge. Apparently they take had issues with this linear compressor for years & nonetheless kept selling it!

LG LFXS29626S/i Worked neat for a while, replaced filters on time, then stopped getting cold at 5.5 years. Compressor and condenser fans are working, within fans work, cocky exam says skillful. Site suggested plough off for five-10 minutes and no modify. Tried 5 days, no modify. Youtube suggested change compressor starter relay so did that and still doesn't work. Oh wait, there was a Course Action suit but evidently weren't told past LG so nosotros missed the 30 Sep 2021 cut off.
